Alabama Indoor Golf League (AIGL) is a mobile golf simulator rental company. We bring our professional indoor golf simulator equipment directly to your home, office, event venue, or any location in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

AIGL delivers, sets up, and retrieves professional golf simulator equipment at your chosen location. Our simulator includes professional launch monitor tracking, access to hundreds of real-world golf courses, real-time shot analysis, and support for 2 to 8 players. Setup and breakdown are included in all rentals.

We serve the greater Birmingham metro area including but not limited to: Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Pelham, Calera, Helena, Alabaster, and surrounding communities.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AIGL.

• Your location / delivery address is required at time of booking.

• Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

• Bookings can be made via our website widget, by phone at (205) 539-6955, or by email at info@aigl.club.

• You will receive a booking confirmation by email and/or SMS (if opted in) upon successful payment.

• Spring Special: $299 for a full-day (24-hour) simulator rental — limited time offer.

• Standard Rate: $250 for the first 3 hours.

• Additional Time: $50 per hour after the initial 3-hour period.

• All prices are in US dollars and include delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown.

• A travel fee may apply for locations beyond our standard service area. This will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

• Pricing is subject to change. The rate confirmed at time of booking will be honored.

• Payment is required in full to confirm a booking.

• We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

• A payment link will be sent to you via email or SMS (if opted in) to complete your transaction securely.

• We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed by Stripe.

• Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• AIGL reserves the right to cancel a booking due to equipment issues, unsafe delivery conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

• You are responsible for providing a suitable space for equipment setup at your location (minimum 10x12 ft clearance recommended).

• You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all users of the equipment at your location.

• Equipment must be treated with reasonable care. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

• AIGL is not responsible for damage to your property caused by misuse of our equipment.

• Alcohol should not be consumed immediately before or during simulator use to ensure safe and accurate play.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• Golf simulation involves physical activity and all users participate at their own risk.

• AIGL is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our equipment, except where caused by our negligence.

• You are responsible for ensuring your location is safe and suitable for equipment delivery and use.

Because AIGL is a mobile service coordinating delivery and setup at your location, SMS is used for booking confirmations, payment links, and logistics coordination. SMS is strictly optional. You will only receive SMS if you explicitly opt in during booking by checking the consent box.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is never required to use our services.

AIGL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
